PROGRAM EVALUATION
The ARC believes that every program can benefit from evaluation. It tailor makes each evaluation design to a programs goals and objectives. Often it works with an organization from the beginning. Designing the evaluation to take into account the size of the program and its various stages of development. Staff feel strongly that the evaluation should never get in the way of the program accomplishing its goals. The ARC can guide program directors in the formative stages and assure that the program is on track, while identifying points of strain, possible causes, and suggesting solutions. The ARC can help design a monitoring system that starts with baseline data and measures the achievement of milestones. As programs mature and emphasis shifts to measuring outcomes the ARC staff is trained to use a variety of methodologies to determine the programs success and weakness. Stakeholder involvement in the evaluation from beginning to end is crucial. Evaluation results are presented so they are understandable and useable for everyone.

The ARC has experience helping agencies and organizations of many sizes evaluate programs including very small nonprofit agencies, large state programs, and federal national studies.
