The ARC conducts surveys for any governmental or nonprofit organization and for social science researchers. It does not do market surveys or political polling for political parties. The ARC specializes in telephone surveys. It has a Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) facility with ten interviewing workstations, full audio and video monitoring of interviews, and a well trained staff of interviewers. The ARC is equipped to do Random Digit Dialing (RDD), purchased prescreened samples, targeted known populations, and other sample selection techniques, as appropriate.
The ARC also does direct mail, computer disk mail, web surveys, and mixed mode studies. Face-to-face interviewing is also possible.
